The Barn

Throughout the year a warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Greenwell Hill Farm's 18th Century barn. The Barn, with its typical Weardale stone roof and converted Gin Gan takes up to thirteen guests and still retains its former character. It can be let as one cottage or split into the Granary and the Gin Gan

The Granary

Sleeps eight. With three en-suite double rooms, one upstairs and two downstairs and a twin en-suite downstairs. The Granary is ideal for small groups or friends. The kitchen, and lounge/dining room are also located upstairs providing views across open farmland.

The Gin Gan

Sleeps five plus one. Has one twin and a family room both en-suite. The main open plan living area is most unusual being circular and 22 ft in diameter. Used originally for an animal to drive the millwheel and grind the corn. Booked together with the Granary makes it ideal for large family parties, corporate meeting and small functions. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
